Renovation Spotlight: Preparing a Large Home for Market Success

 We were recently hired to prepare a large home for the rental market, with three main goals: optimize the rental value, select all materials and colors for the updates, and manage the renovation process from start to finish.

Our process began with gathering detailed estimates and sourcing materials. With over 30 years in the business, we’ve built trusted relationships with high-quality vendors and contractors who are reliable, skilled, and punctual—an absolute necessity when timelines and design plans can shift due to unexpected repairs or evolving vision. Flexibility and trust are essential in renovations, and having dependable vendors makes all the difference.

We provided our client with a comprehensive estimate, including direct links to all material selections, and secured approval and funding before the work began.

Master's Bathroom Before and After Renovation:

In the master bathroom, we made the most of the green marble tub and shower by balancing the palette with a crisp white quartz vanity top and warm wood-tone LVP flooring.

After the flooring installation, our granite partner installed countertops in the kitchen and master bath. Simultaneously, another contractor installed new vanities in two bathrooms, followed by our plumber reconnecting the dishwasher, installing a new garbage disposal, and upgrading all faucets.
