Formerly from Massachusetts, I relocated to the Gainesville area in 2011 to attend the University of Florida. I graduated with a degree in animal sciences and a minor in business. I am of course a big Gator fan and enjoy attending the football games!

With a wealth of property management and retail experience, I have acquired excellent customer service skills. I have received certificates from NARPM in Cash Flow Analysis and Office Procedures.  I also have significant experience with event/open house planning and social media marketing. I  hold a CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) license, CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) certification, and am a licensed REALTOR®.

From my experience, customer service is of the utmost importance. I believe kindness goes a long way, and I strive to ensure all clients I work with experience care and delight. Ashley Cook - Assistant Property Manager

I am a fifth generation native Floridian and live in Trenton. Being from a small town, I am passionate about my community and volunteer with many local organizations.

As a native of the Gainesville area, I have witnessed its transformation firsthand. I can remember when the 30-minute drive to the “big city” was nothing but 2 lanes and farmland. Now it’s 4 lanes of fast-moving traffic and a stop to pick up my mobile order from Starbucks. There are so many things to do in this area no matter your taste, budget, or affinity to football.

I am a professional individual with hands-on experience in property management. I am passionate about developing meaningful relationships with both property owners and tenants. I work diligently to provide excellence in all endeavors, an continue to develop both personally and professionally.

Stephanie Anson - Broker Associate | Realtor®

I am a US Navy Veteran with over 15 years of experience in real estate. In my early career, I was the Regional Sales Manager with KB Home overseeing the entire NW territory of Central FL. I managed a top producing sales team and developed training courses for some of the leading agents in the industry.

From there I moved into the Director of Sales position for McKinley Properties Inc., a national property management company. I maintained above a 95% occupancy rate for eight communities with over 2200 apartments. My success comes down to positioning properties appropriately on the market to generate buzz and interest that ultimately sells.

I have served on several committees and boards throughout my career. I served on the Government Affairs Committee and the Speakers Bureau for the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. One of the most exciting charity events I have put together was through a partnership with Harley Davidson. I held aHomes for Heroes Charity Ride fundraiser to give back to our military and veteran community.

Our family relocated to Gainesville from the Orlando area in 2012 when my husband opened a Planet Fitness franchise. We chose Gainesville due to our history with the University of Florida. We have 2 generations of UF graduates in the family starting with my father-in-law. My husband Dan was a walk-on under Steve Spurrier, and his sister Kasey was the Captain of the Dazzlers who went on to be their coach.

On many evenings during the week you can find me at Gator Baseball where my two sons play. During my downtime I am either gardening, traveling or working on our blueberry farm.

I have been managing property for over 30 years. My career started as a weekend leasing agent at age 16 and went on to Multi Family portfolio management then Condo, Single Family and Commercial industries.  

Founder and acting Broker/Owner of Secure Investments Realty and Management, a full service Brokerage that specializes in Property Management and helping investors buy, fix and flip their investments in the Gainesville and North Central Florida region.

I feel my success has been rooted in my  strong desire to make owning investments property easy and profitable for my clients and teaching that skill to others. I became a Florida Realtor Instructor for property management in 2018.

I am CPM (Certified Property Manager) a Designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) that shows you have the knowledge and experience to manage large income producing properties. I am also a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) as well as Director of our local Gainesville Alachua County Board of Realtors and MLS Board. I have served and chaired many committees including property management, technology, grievance and immediate past president for GACAR MLS in 2018.

I stay actively involved in local politics as it pertains to Landlord and rental property rights and being instrumental in helping guide codes enforcement rules to be fair to landlords and tenants alike.

In my free time I enjoy being at home on the deck perched out over the Suwanee river enjoying my family, 2 grandkids and 2 labs. When I am not there you will find me teaching Yoga, and Meditation or playing beach volleyball.
