Well we just received the keys back and the house is in as good if not better shape than when it was rented! They found great tenants, as we didn't want students, and made sure the property was well taken care of for the entire time.
The communication from the team was great with the owner and staff checking in to make sure everything was going well and updated us on the house. It was very well taken care of while it was rented. Any issues that the renters had was immediately addressed and we were in the loop the entire time.
