The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) is “an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties”. With over 4,000 members, this organization sets a standard of ethics and training for residential property managers.
Tanya Chappell, our owner and property manager, is a member of this association and has attended their property management courses in order to become highly specialized in this form of real estate. Although any Realtor® can manage property, the best management tends to come from agents who have years of experience and training. Property management can be random and unpredictable. Training, specifically classes provided by NARPM, help teach property managers how to mitigate risk before it happens. This will ensure the owner and his or her property is protected no matter what is thrown a property manager’s way.
