We are over halfway through the year! I hope you were able to take some of the online skills classes sent out in the June edition of our newsletter. Of course, learning is always exciting. However, I want to focus on letting loose this month with something more laid back. Going out right now is of course difficult, but that shouldn’t stop you from networking and meeting new people!

Wanting to have a few drinks and discuss some interesting topics? Blockchain Booze has you covered! Each week they select a different industry-related topic while sipping on a beverage of your choice. The best part about it? You don’t have to drive or get dressed up (unless you choose to of course) and drinks are on the house (get it?)! This event is every Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm PST.

Discussion Club
This meeting is great if you are looking to practice speaking skills and set goals while meeting other people. A microphone and camera are all that is required. This event takes place on July 1 at 8pm EST.

Virtual Job Fair
Unfortunately, I know there have been many people laid off from employment. Speaking with employers and finding a new occupation might be difficult during this time. However, there is a virtual career day available on July 3rd from 7am to 7pm and will continue on the first Friday of each month. This could be a great opportunity to fall in love with a new company and find your dream job!
Coffee and Accountability
Want something a little more relaxed? Check out this coffee and accountability group. They meet on different days and times and provide a safe and supportive community where challenges can be shared, experience offered, and an opportunity to connect with mentors.
