FL Cities Rank as Metros with Highest Share of Veterans
Thanks to all those who have served out country! With 1 in 12 civilians being veterans, there are a great many out there whose service is honored on this day. Jed Kolko, chief economist at Trulia, shared some interesting facts on this veteran demographic. Although Gainesville isn’t on any of the lists, other Florida towns ranked as cities with the highest density of veterans including Jacksonville, Melbourne, Cape Coral, and the Villages.
