How To Neutralize The Customer That Has To Win

  • Curiosity: make them thirsty to know why they want your information
  • Reverse the Positive: give them the negative so they will switch it to the positive
  • Herd Theory: use language to make them feel like everyone is headed in that direction
  • Figure Out Their Motivation: are they motivated by pain or gain and tailor your language to that
